[Left hanging from the mailbox is... is that a fish? It's a fish bag. Well. That's one way to welcome someone into the Carnival.]

[Nestled in the depths is a playing card: the joker]
You around? Wanted to ask you about something.
[After a while of searching, Reira's pretty sure she's found the mailbox for the right Skeleton.
...She just hopes a certain flower doesn't cheat and read this. Of course, it won't do much good-all she encloses is her Radio Frequency with the note 'I have a question!! But it has to be Secret!!']

[A handmade card is taped to the door of Papyrus’s cabin. It’s covered in glitter and reads:
still dunno how u clean all those toilets but good job!

[Perhaps their Master Plan isn't quite finished, but the bone was the easiest thing on her list to have made after all, so she's already Got it.
Which means she's delivering it. Hovering about four feet above the ground, in front of his cabin door, Papyrus will be greeted to a metal bone-it moves if he puts weight or force on it, but otherwise just....stays where it's 'left' from there.
There is a note, and a card with an image upon it;

The skeleton, however poorly painted, seems to move slightly as it's held, sweating a bit as it 'runs'.
'Ghosttrick monsters are 'tricky' monsters-they go face down, and get flip-summoned. Like a surprise trap. You like puzzles, and tricks that are puzzles, so it seemed like the best skeleton card for you. I've never met a ghosttrick, but I think they would be nice, and you're nice too, so.
I can't make bones with magic, but I looked and asked and I was able to make you a special bone too! You can do anything with this one, but it floats, and that's what's important.']

'Merry Gyftmas, Papyrus! (I wrote that right, I hope?) I don't know if he needs one, but I thought that Coolbone would like a little place all for him!! Nuna is looking forward to playing with him again (We might need to make sure to keep a closer eye on them!)...
Have a Happy Solstice!
- Carly'
[Papyrus' gift is...mostly for Coolbone. Carly's made a big cushy pet bed, just for him! There's a set of bones stitched into the side, using magical fabric that ebs between icy and near-violet shades of blue, in a calming and even 'sleepy' way. It also has a stitched name underneath them!]

[After the second feast, Papyrus will find a strange, unmarked wooden box outside of his cabin.
Well, mostly unmarked. His name is taped to it. So it's definitely for him.
Upon closer inspection, it turns out to be a puzzle.
While not quite 324 steps, it starts out a little bit like an undecorated verion of this one and ends with a second box inside, with a cipher.
The answer to the cipher is the gift giver's name.
The top drawer contains an undead mouse (which is very friendly!) and a great deal of assorted candy.
Inside the bottom drawer is a word search.]

[One day during the winter vacation, Papyrus will find that a book has been delivered to his cabin, along with a note scribbled on a piece of paper torn out of a notebook:]
Papyrus,
This is for you.
When I lived underground, reading books like this was the only way I got to see the stars, in a sense. I don't know if it's your kind of thing or what, but it looked like a worthwhile read.
-Rita Mordio
[The book included with the note is titled Cosmology: The Universe Is A Really Really Big Place. Written by an astronomer, it describes the mysteries of space and attempts to explain complex scientific concepts in an accessible way.]

[On B18, they will find a fancy looking gift box in his trailer with a note left on top. The handwriting is done in an over the top cursive that he might recognize as the Ringmaster's, written on aged papyrus with the ink seemingly made of shining gold.]
"Papyrus-
This was extremely difficult to find... but I hope it serves you well.
The Ringmaster❧"
[Her signature is so massive and florid that it fills up the rest of the paper. When they opens the box, they'll find a a photo album. It contains images of Papyrus and Sans in their youth, taken by an unseen photographer. It's only in a rare few images, towards the end, that Papyrus will find photographic evidence of their father alongside them.]

[In Papyrus' box is a small pouch, positively stuffed with skeletal gingerbread men. Nestled deep in them is a joker playing card, smelling just as nice as the cookies and with writing on it.]
You did a good job. Thanks for helping us get as far as we did.

Merry...Gyftmas was it, Papyrus? With how often you speak of this dish, I thought perhaps you would enjoy adding your own flair to what is inside these books!
As well, the cover of this movie seemed like something you would like..? There is more, of course, but I shall allow you to discover them for yourself! The smallest one, you should know, represents bravery!
Have a happy solstice!
- Noboru Gongenzaka
[Papyrus has received two books; one is entirely about various pastas, their noodles, their sauces...and how to cook them. The second however, seems to be from some random dimension with humans in it, but overall has a number of unique traditions and folktales that seemed like they would be interesting. As for the movie....well it's not what Gongenzaka thought, but Papyrus might like it! It's a feel-good racecar movie, it seems.
There is also, however, a T-Shirt...as well as a braided charm to hang off the radio, made of red vine. It seems like it's supposed to be a flower. (It was meant to be a peony, actually. He Tried.)
The T-shirt isn't interactive obviously. It just has that spiral on it, when it's dark.]

[ Papyrus gets a paper bag at his trailer -- inside is the shirt on the right, and a vial of Cat potion, and three vials of red phoenix fruit juice distillation. The note inside is in Lambert's blocky, stiff handwriting: ]
I didn't make the shirt, but I did make the rest. You said that was important, right? The red vials are made from red phoenix fruit. It'll give you a little energy when you need it. If you have any of the other colored ones, I can use them to make something like this too. The other one should let you see your surroundings no matter how little light there is, but I don't know if it will work for skeletons. The vial should have two doses and it'll last a few hours, so don't drink it in daylight or you'll regret it.

[Scout leaves Papyrus some Rainbow Matches and a bundle of faerie weed. She hasn't tried the latter and doesn't know that much about what it does but hey, it's a fire related thing. They're wrapped in plain paper because she doesn't really 'get' wrapping.]
For your future children. And for you of course. Thanks for talking so candidly with me. - Scout

[ Connie delivers a wrapped copy of "I Like Trains," a children's book detailing some common types of trains. Lots of pictures and the words rhyme.
It comes with a handwritten note from Connie: ]
Happy Holidays! I love books, and I hope you do too!
If you don't like this particular one, maybe you'll find one more to your liking in at the Book Swap!
[ Included is a crude drawing of the cabin layout with a star pointing to where the book swap is located. ]

[Some time after Papyrus drops his card off, a message is left in return. It's a ... lone sugar cookie in a baggie, though obviously hand-made, and not exactly by an expert either. And he's made a good effort at drawing a grinning skull in frosting on it.
Also, a handwritten note.]
Thank you for the card, Papyrus. I put it on the fridge with a magnet. You must have met Zangetsu! I suppose you could call him bleached, I'm not sure there's a word for it otherwise. You can call us twins if you like, it's very nearly true.
I hope you had a fun holiday yourself.
