Lost Carnival is a transformation game, one where the players largely decide how their characters will change.

(The characters usually don't get much say in it, at least not without managing to please the Ringmaster or outright buying it in exchange for something else, negotiated on the weight of how badly they want it and how much she cares.)




Themes to Papyrus' transformations:

crystal skulls / mountain king
