[Papyrus makes an amused sound and goes along with it, ending with a louder tap tap than intended. Whoops. Everything's in good working order for him to get the pacing down, but it's harder to gauge how much pressure to use when his arm is... numb.]
Seems like it! But the real test is sensation... Time to know how good your transfer-healing thing worked. [If the healing was only superficial, he'll have burning arm syndrome again... At least with things still open, it'll be easy to disconnect if need be.]
[Sans reconnects the blue wires. He's especially careful with these, but also as quick as he can be within those limits, since Sans isn't sure how half-wired sensation would come across but he can only imagine something like when you bang your elbow on a table and that's unpleasant. He lingers close in case he needs to disconnect it again, though.]
[If he was attentive before, Papyrus is downright focused on this part, making sure they know exactly which connections to make. He doesn't grimace through the process, though the different wires do bring sections at a time back to sensitivity, and it's as peculiar a sensation as Sans might guess.]

The clamps are a fair amount of pressure, and now that his arm's fully online he feels trapped, enough to shudder briefly. And beyond that...] A little bit, uh... sensitive. Things are too exposed! I'd feel cheated out of healing magic if it didn't even stop pain. [Never mind that this kind of healing has very limited applications unless he wants to hurt himself all the time. Sans moves to help unclamp Papyrus's arm. What is this like--putting the rest of the bone back over marrow? Putting skin on, maybe, except neither of them had skin to begin with.]
[Papyrus doesn't volunteer answers to the comparisons, being close to his limit on confiding the computery challenges his life poses these days. Instead he hums contemplatively.]

My cheek just kind of stings. [Like a papercut, though since it's not on his hands it's easier to ignore since it's not like his cheek is particularly mobile.] My wing... [During those two weeks he was compelled to fully answer things or else suffer, he did a lot of suffering.] I don't think it's that big.

If you're that used to it, I guess it's fine..? [Papyrus is skeptical enough of his own words that he trails off in a questioning tone. Don't get so acclimated to burning sensations that you don't notice fresh pain, Sans?? Clearly Papyrus is going to need to keep an eye out for his brother, and discourage future 'healing' attempts.
For now, that's enough untwisting of the last clamp for his hand to come free, and he stretches it and turns it here and there to really test the full range of motion. A slight stutter at one point, when he really thinks about how it was just not attached twenty minutes ago... but it smooths out with another experimental gesture.]
Anyway!!! That's all set. I'll clean up in here later, I want to see that trampoline. [Also, he's grabbing that box of bandages to do some decorating, the better to have cool smiley faces instead of blatant welding scars.]
[Sans notices the stutter and wonders if Papyrus will have to dig back into the wiring, but then on the second motion it seems fine. They can go back to the trampoline thing, then.]
Guess we'd better hop to it, then. [Sans will walk with Papyrus to the backyard instead of teleporting. It's important to mix things up sometimes (and also, since he teleported a whole trampoline and then had to go to the store for bandaids, he should probably rest his magic a bit). The trampoline has a safety net and everything, and the net being installed properly is as much proof Sans brought it here premade as his having already said that.
Oh my god. That, is an incredible trampoline. Where did you find it! [Some guy's yard, apparently already for sale - and even more on sale with some obnoxious trickery haggling, he heard. So Papyrus doesn't leave any space for Sans to answer the question, and plows in with other, better questions.]

[Sans looks very pleased with himself over Papyrus's reaction. Sans knows he's good at getting weird, cool stuff at good prices.] Gave it a couple test bounces before I bought it. [Nothing too dramatic, but enough to know it wasn't going to break.] Didn't come with a basketball, though.
[Too bad, but obviously Papyrus should be the one in charge of acquiring basketballs.]
We'll have to get one. [It's probably illegal to have a basketball hoop without a basketball!] Although... Bouncing a ball while bouncing on a trampoline... It's going to fly all over. Maybe we need a few!
[Or a few dozen, as they fly all over the neighborhood. He's delighted by the prospect, anyway. Life just hasn't been the same without making inconvenient public architecture... and the HOA seems to have a lot more rules than he'd realized, when the real estate agent was being so agreeable with them.]

He'd be walking on excited tiptoes for at least part of the walk, but with the whole robot thing? There's already a few divots in the yard from metal toes, between the weight and the ground not being frozen or rock enough to deal with it.
...Maybe he should test this trampoline carefully. Papyrus climbs up to it, and presses a hand down a few times to test the springs. Springy.] Hey, Sans, how many humans were using this, anyway?
[Total, or all at once? Well, it doesn't matter, since Sans didn't ask.] Dunno. The guy said kids plural. [There is a tag on it with the weight limit, though.]
Multiple kids, huh? Kids can be pretty weighty... [Their actions, especially so. But a few kids' weight probably adds up. He leans in to examine that tag anyway, and is pleasantly surprised by the number. A good bit more than he weighs, now! Probably more than enough for two skeletons, even if one of them is mostly machinery, and a few balls.]
It looks promising. [He draws it out, a veneer of skepticism mostly for a joke's sake, as he goes to climb up into it.] But! It needs more testing than a couple pokes!
Better leave it to you. If you attest to its quality, then I'll know I picked out a good one. [Heheheh. Sans is still just leaning up against the trampoline. He is never going to get into the air at this rate.]
[With an obligatory scoffing noise, Papyrus sets to hopping. In a promising start, the trampoline doesn't simply tear underfoot. His hopping is relatively graceless at first, between this being an unfamiliar sort of motion, and a very unfamiliar motion in his mechanical body. But once he starts to get the rhythm of when to jump again, he starts building height.]
Oh my god!! [Boggling as he easily enters dunk height on the basketball hoop, despite the weight of the metal, Papyrus twists to see where his brother's at.] Sans! Look how high I'm getting, even with...! You can go way higher, I bet!
[With how high Papyrus is getting and the much larger weight difference between them now, Sans is kind of imagining that if he got on the trampoline right now Papyrus would rocket him into the stratosphere or something.] Hey, it's workin' pretty well. Should I try gettin' on now? [Or should he wait for Papyrus to finish up?]
